Brewing Suggestions & Servings Information (click here)

1 pressed tea flower per large 16oz cup or small teapot of less than boiled water, preferably 185F or less.

*Brewing Tip: As with all green or white tea, the water should be hot, but not boiling, scalding, or scorching. Before pouring the heated water over the leaves, first test the temperature of the water. If the water is too hot, so much so that it would scorch the delicate skin of your lips or tongue, then it will do the same to the delicate tea leaves. Instead, first pour the heated water into a cold ceramic mug, then add the leaves to the water in the mug.
